A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity …

Use as a weekend getaway or develop as a farm or reserve. This is your opportunity:

·        250 hectares (imagine a square 1.5km by 1.5km and add another quarter!)

·        Approximately 700 olive trees (all oil olives i.e. Frantoio and Leccino) planted on traditional wide spacing of either 8m or 10 metres apart. About 5 years’ old.  Most of the olives were purchased from Jean Hanna in Wellington.  You can prune and resuscitate.

·        A weekend get-away-from-it-all rustic cottage (no electricity, no Playstation, no TV, just glorious evenings and night skies, chats around the fire in the boma)

·        Peace and quiet

·        Increasingly rare renosterveld

·        On the foothills of the envisaged Sonderend reserve

·        We ran the borehole at 5000 litres an hour -  Geo survey for new borehole done and report will be provided to purchaser

·        On the foothills of the Riviersonderend mountains with the Langeberg to the north

·        2 ¼ hours to Cape Town 1

·        1½ hours to Arniston

·        30 minutes to N2 (Stormsvlei)

·        15 km to McGregor

·        The farm has been dormant for about five years due to the owner relocating to Gauteng.
